As soon as a job is acquired by the commercial sector, the Director appoints a Technical Project Manager, including him as a single reference to the client and to the technical working team.
In the first design phase the Project Manager, together with the Technical Director, performs the following tasks: analysis and identification of the specific features of the contract, its characteristics and the customer’s requirements; definition of objectives, schedules, internal resources and external partnerships; managerial coordination of the project with planning and budgeting of the contract.
The organization of the various levels and localities, according to certified quality systems, ensures the correct use of the means of production and management.
The Technical Director plans and organizes the activities of different sectors referring in particular to the Project Manager, regarding the performance of the contract, and the Executive regarding the development strategy of the company.
The design team, consisting of qualified professionals, processes and engineers the architectural product, previously developed in preliminary and final design by the designer and his team.
In the execution phase of construction works Project Management coordinate the management of the site until the clearance and delivery.
